Multiple Organizations

A single user can belong to multiple organizations in SquadOS. Each organization has its own agents, bases, conversations, and settings — you only see what belongs to the active organization at any moment.

Switching organizations

Use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar (present in both the Hub and the Admin Panel). Clicking another organization:

1. Sets it as active.
2. Reloads the data (agents, conversations, bases) for that organization.
3. Keeps you on the same page, now showing data from the freshly selected organization.

The active organization is saved on your profile — when you come back next day, the system opens the same organization you left.

If you only belong to one organization and aren’t a superadmin, the switcher renders as a static label (no dropdown).

Organizations page

At /orgs you see the full list of organizations you belong to. For each one, you can:

• Enter — activates that organization and takes you to /admin/dashboard.
• Leave — removes your membership. Confirmed via modal.

You can also reach this page through the organization switcher → “View all organizations”.

Superadmins see every organization in the platform on this screen, not only those they’re members of.

Leaving an organization

When you click Leave:

1. A confirmation modal appears.
2. If you’re the only active admin, leaving is blocked — ask another admin to take over or promote another member first.
3. If you were on the active organization, the system automatically picks another as the new active one.
4. Your membership is marked as removed (soft delete preserved for auditing) and you lose access to that organization’s data immediately.

Leaving doesn’t delete conversations, agents, or bases you created — they stay in the organization, managed by other admins.
