User Settings
The Settings page (/hub/settings) groups your personal data and preferences that apply across every organization you belong to.
Open it from the Settings item in the Hub side menu.
Personal data
Section titled “Personal data”- Full name — shown to other organization members and as the author of messages sent during human intervention.
- Email — read-only field; used for login and to receive invites. To change your email, contact support.
After editing your name, click Save changes. Other members see the update immediately.
Security — Change password
Section titled “Security — Change password”- Click Change password.
- A modal opens asking for the current password and the new password (with confirmation).
- Confirm. The new password is valid from your next login.
If you forgot your password, sign out and use the Forgot password link on the login screen to receive a reset email.
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”- Dark mode — toggles the interface theme. The preference is stored in the browser.
- Notifications — turns browser alerts on or off (depends on browser permission).
Danger zone
Section titled “Danger zone”- Delete account — destructive button at the bottom of the page. Deletion is irreversible and removes your identity from SquadOS; your memberships are revoked, but conversations and agents you created stay in the organizations (managed by other admins).
Settings that don’t live here
Section titled “Settings that don’t live here”- Organization settings (name, logo, members) — at Organization Settings (admin only).
- Switch active organization — through the switcher at the top of the sidebar, or at
/orgs. - Leave an organization — at
/orgs.
